Jigging conveyor device designed as a two-way system

The invention relates to a jigging conveyor designed as a two-way system with a load-carrier, a weight which oscillates in the opposite direction and drive, operating and guide rod springs, to be used in particular in foundries, i.e. to convey cast iron parts. Devices of this kind are part of a treatment unit for the cooling of pieces of cast iron. It is a requirement of cooling units of this kind that the conveyor unit should be as full as possible, so that the unit capacity is fully exploited and the parts are cooled in an even manner. The jigging conveyor device is constructed in such a way that the load carrier comprises two conveyor troughs arranged one behind the other above a weight which oscillates in the opposite direction; the two conveyor troughs are connected with one another via lever rods in such a way that the amplitude of the first conveyor trough is larger than the amplitude of the second conveyor trough; the drive has two speed levels and the drive is connected with the conveyor trough or the lever rods. The control line of a measuring probe towards the end of the first conveyor trough is connected with the drive control unit.
