PURPOSE:To perform cutting and removing of the flange part and cutting down of the retainer part by one stage and increase work efficiency by using a working device of specified structure in working the sash for a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:A sash A to be worked is arranged with fitting on a receiving die 8 and a die holder 7, and a punch plate 1 is lowered. The first cam 3 presses a pressing die 9 and supports the retainer part of the sash A, and the second cam 4 contacts a hook type punch 10 to retreat it, and at the same time, passes each other with a pressing die 9 by an inverted L-shaped shearing edge of the punch 10, and cuts down the part of retainer part unsupported by the pressing die 9, and moves. At the time of completion of shearing, a shearing punch 5 shears a part of the flange part of the sash A on the receiving die 8. Further, the cut down retainer part is pressed by a knock out bar 6 and bent down flatly. Thus, by one process of downward movement of the punch plate 1, all works are completed. |
