PURPOSE:To prevent an unfair operation, by providing a terminal control mechanism between a banking terminal device and a central computer system to give an alarm for payment or transfer exceeding a fixed amount and then performing the operation with an indication of an operator. CONSTITUTION:A terminal controller 5 is provided for each of plural terminals between a central computer processor 2 and a terminal device 1. When the information on payment or transfer is transmitted to the processor 2 from the device 1, this information is compared with the amount set at a storage device 3. When the amount is larger than a fixed value, the alarm information is sent to a terminal device control additional mechanism 4. Then the terminal address and the type of operation are displayed 7. An operator sets a discriminating element such as an ID card, etc. to an operator discriminating mechanism part 6 to decide and indicate the inhibition or permission for payment or transfer. Thus unfair operation can be prevented with intervention of a controller in addition to a person in charge. Thus the responsibility can be made clear. |
