PURPOSE:To rationalize the stock control which can confirm the supply quantity, by providing a means inside a memory of an ECR to store the increment of additional articles and to print not only the quantity after the increment but the increment itself. CONSTITUTION:An ECR main body processes the data supplied through a numeric input part 4, a function key 6 and a mode setting part 7 at a CPU1 and by a program of an ROM2. The CPU1 contains a mode information storing area (a) and buffers X1-X3, and at the same time an RAM8 includes storage areas (b)-(e) and (t) for departments of articles, the unit price, the stock quantity, the sales amount, the daily total sale, etc. A PLU code to a desired article is supplied in a setting mode and then stored temporarily in the buffer X1. Then the stock quantity of the corresponding article is read out to the buffer X2 from a memory 8, and the increment of the stock quantity is stored in the buffer X3. Then (X2+X3) is calculated and stored in the memory 8, and the increment and the summed value are printed out 10. In such a way, the stock control can be rationalized. |
