PURPOSE:To obtain an information card which secures the enough emission intensity of a fluorescent material and allows the secure positioning of information tracks, by making one reinforcing material covering a card blank body thinner than the other, and forming a recessed part in the thicker reinforcing material and positioning the card blank body. CONSTITUTION:A form 1 is made of Japanese paper and a fluorescent material information 2 is printed on its inside surface with an ink compound containing fluorescent material. Another form 3 is also made of Japanese paper and both forms 1 and 3 are adhered together. The 1st reinforcing material 4 is made of infrared-ray transmissive material such as a polyester film having, for example, about 0.1mm. thickness, and its inside surface is coated with a thermosetting adhesive. The 2nd reinforcing material 5 is also made of infrared-ray transmissive material such as resin with about 1mm. thickness and its inside surface is coated with a thermosetting adhesive as well. The 2nd reinforcing material 5 has the recessed part 5a wherein the card blank body consisting of the forms 1 and 3 is fitted, and they are pouched by thermal press-contacting to form the information card. |
