PURPOSE:To enable to supply high-pressure, high-temperature gas from a combustion chamber into inner tubes with a multitude of holes and, further, to thin the boundary film of the inner surface of an outer tube and obtain heat transmission with a good efficiency by a method wherein a compressor is driven by a gas turbine to supply the high-pressure, high-temperature gas, containing oxygen, into the combustion chamber. CONSTITUTION:The inner tubes 1 with a multitude of holes, which are distributed with gas injection ports 1a on the peripheral surfaces thereof, are arranged in the outer tubes 2 respectively and a plurality of the inner tubes 1 with a multitude of holes are connected to the burner type combustion chamber while the plurality of outer tubes 2 are connected to an exhaust path 4. According to this constitution, the high-temperature gas from the combustion chamber 3 collides against the whole inner surfaces of the outer tubes 2 from the gas injection ports 1a and the end openings 1b of the inner tubes 1 in a condition that the gas is being dispersed, and a substance to be treated is heated by the outer tubes 2 provided with an uniform temperature. Combustion air is supplied into the combustion chamber by the compressor 5 under keeping the high-pressure and high-temperature of the air. The gas turbine 7, driven by the energy of exhaust gas, is provided on the exhaust path 4 of the gas turbine 7 and the gas turbine is cooperated with the compressor 5 while the air for the compressor 5 is heated by the exhaust gas of the gas turbine 7 through a heat exchanger 8 and the high- pressure, high-temperature gas is supplied from the combustion chamber 3 into the perforated inner tubes 1 through injection ports 1a with a high injecting speed of about 200m/sec. |
