PURPOSE:To use effectively a very narrow signal, by providing a feedback loop changing an output signal to a transfer level of a gate. CONSTITUTION:An input terminal I is connected to one input terminal of an NOR gate 11 and also to one terminal of an NOR gate 12. The other input of the NOR gate 12 is connected to an output terminal F of the NOR gate 11 and one input terminal of an NOR gate 13. An output terminal G of the NOR gate 13 is connected to the other input terminal of the NOR gate 11 and an output terminal O of the NOR gate 12 is connected to the other input terminal of the NOR gate 13 and grounded with a capacitor 14. When the potential at the input terminal I goes from H to L, the potential at the output terminal O goes from L to H, and the leading time in this case depends on the output resistor and the capacitor 14 of the NOR gate 12. When the potential at the output terminal O reaches the transfer level of the NOR gate 13, the potential at the output terminal O starts descending toward L and a signal with a very narrow width is obtained at the output terminal O. |
