PURPOSE:To increase the strength of the upper wall of a hood body made of FRP in the deck opening of a ship and improve its drainage by forming its upper wall in a curved concave form like a trough and forming the bottom section of the trough shaped recess in the convex form that slopes downward toward both ends. CONSTITUTION:A hood body 5 that covers the opening section of the alive fish preserve or warehouse for articles under the deck of a small ship is made of FRP, while its upper wall 52 is formed in a curved concave form lide a trough and the bottom of the trough shaped recess is formed in a convex form that slopes downward toward both ends. As a result, the strength on the upper wall of the hood body can be increased without generating any deflection as a whole and its drainage can be improved. |
