PURPOSE:To prevent completely a leaking signal by equalizing essentially the area surrounded by the first lead terminal for the output and the lead terminal for the ground and the area surrounded by a ground means provided in the vicinity of the second lead terminal for the output and the second lead terminal for the output. CONSTITUTION:The first area 41 composed of an earth pin 11 and a signal pin (first lead terminal for output) 12 is equal to the second area 42 composed of a signal pin (second lead terminal for output) 13 and an earth jig 29. Consequently, the total quantity of a leaking signal to fly from the signal pin, namely, a lead terminal 9 for the input to the first area 41 is equal to the total quantity of the leaking signal to fly from a signal pin 9 to the second area 42. Thus, since the guiding level of lead pins 12 and 13 is equal, the unnecessary guiding level is removed and the necessary signal only is amplified in a differential amplifier 31.
