PURPOSE:To obtain the casing roll, whose heat leakage is very little, with a simple structure by a method wherein a metal is deposited on the predetermined surface of an integrally formed foamable insulating material in case a metallic films is formed on the surface of the foamable insulating material. CONSTITUTION:The side surface of a main frame 1, formed integrally by the foamable insulating material such as foamable styrol or the like, which is to be contacted with the high-temperature side of the heat pump, is covered by the metallic film body 2 along the whole area thereof. The metallic film body 2 is formed by depositing the metal on the surface of the main frame 1, which is to be covered, by means of vacuum depositing method or the like after the main frame 1 is formed integrally. Heat transmission, due to forced convection, may be prevented by the foamable insulating material having a small heat transmission coefficient and the incidence of energy, due to radiation, may be prevented by the metallic film body having a small radiation coefficient, therefore, the heat leakage may be reduced logically, the structure is simple and the manufacturing cost thereof may be reduced. |
