PURPOSE:To make it possible to wind wires in a combination of only rotating works to sped up the winding work, by furnishing a rotor to penetrate the cylindrical frame of a deflection yoke, and leading the wires in vertical slots on the inside surface of the cylindrical frame through the rotation of the rotor. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 1 is circular and the outer periphery of the rotor 1 is supported rotatable by rollers 3 at four points in the device frame 2 side. A rotor side gear 4 is fixed to the rotor 1 and receives the rotation force from a motor 6 installed on the device frame 2 by gearing with a gear 5 of the motor 6 side. On the other hand, the frame (the winding frame) 10 of a deflection yoke is almost cylindrical, having numerous slots 11 inside the frame in specific angular intervals, and lateral ring-form channels 12 and 13 to connect the slots at the outer sides of the upper end and the lower end. The relative positioning of rollers R1 and R3 is made to position the R3 in the range 220 deg.-260 deg. clockwise from the R1, while the roller R2 is close to the roller R1. |
