<p>PURPOSE:To safely perform the phase detection of a high voltage aerial insulating distribution wire with high accuracy, by performing the measurement of voltage on the basis of the emitted light of a photoelectric voltage sensor. CONSTITUTION:The contact electrodes 12a, 12b of an insulating operation rod 10 are mounted to high voltage aerial insulating distribution wires 13a, 13b. Voltage corresponding to the voltage between the distribution wires 13a, 13b is generated between the metal flat plates 2, 3 of a voltage divider 1. The quantity of light permeating a photoelectric voltage sensor 15 is modulated by voltage applied to an electrooptical crystal 24 and the quantity of light applied to a light receiving element 21 from a light emitting element 20 through an optical fiber 18a, the photoelectric voltage sensor 15 and an optical fiber 18b becomes proportional to the voltage between the distribution wires 13a, 13b. Phase detection is performed by the display value of a display apparatus 22. Phase detection can be safely carried out even at a place where high voltage approaches and measurement with good accuracy can be performed because the inductionless optical fiber is used.</p> |
