PURPOSE:To produce a small number of reflecting plates for a parabolic antenna at low cost by coating a disk formed of porous material reflecting radio waves with synthetic resin and performing press work. CONSTITUTION:The porous material reflecting radio waves, i.g. wire gauze is formed circularly to obtain the disk 1. A round hole 2 wherein the flage of a waveguide, etc., is inserted is made in the center of the disk 1. Then, plural cuts 3 of equal divisions are made from the circumference to the center. Both surfaces of this disk 1 are coated with synthetic resin such as plastics and the press work is performed into a parabolic shape. Consequently, a small number of the reflecting plates for the parabolic antenna are manufactured at low cost. |
