PURPOSE:To obtain a high-speed, low-voltage A/D converter which is integrated easily, by providing plural MIS inverters and a back gate voltage supplying means. CONSTITUTION:The inverters use a C/MOS type. An input analog signal Vi is inputted to the inverters Ia, Ib- in parallel and discriminated on the basis of their input logical detection levels and the inverters output 0 or 1. Those outputs are inputted to an encoder 3, and coded and outputted. The back gate voltage supplying circuit consisting of bias voltage sources V'BP and V'BN and a resistance string 5 supplies a back gate voltage to the respective inverters to make their input logical detection levels different. Thus, the high-speed, low- voltage A/D converter which is integrated easily is obtained. Further, the inverters may use E/DMOS. |
