PURPOSE:To obtain good-quality soil concrete by a method in which a hollow rotary shaft having an excavating blade on its tip and also having a stirring blade provided projectionally is housed in a casing having a stirring blade inside in such a way as to raise the stirring performance of a pile former. CONSTITUTION:When a pile former is penetrated while turning a hollow rotary shaft 3 and a casing 4 toward mutually inverse directions, the ground is excavated by the excavating blade 6 of an auger head 5 at the tip of the rotary shaft 3. When, at the same time, a solidifying agent 12 sent from the outlet 8 of the auger head 5 into the rotary shaft 3 is injected, excavated soil and sand and the solidifying agent 12 are alternately agitated by the stirring blades 9 and 10 to become a soil concrete. Since the rotary shaft 3 and the casing 4 are turned toward mutually inverse directions, the blades 9 and 10 perform their agitating operations n a crossing manner to give a sufficiently mixed soil concrete. When the excavation operation reaches a given depth, the pile former is pulled out for forming next soil concrete pile. |
