PURPOSE:To obtain image pickup output of doubled resolution by shading left and right half of light to current transferred picture element of a solid-state image scanner alternately, and doubly utilizing each light to current transferred picture element, and thereby composing image pickup output before and after transference. CONSTITUTION:Checkered light to current transferred picture elements 1c are formed to constitute a solid-state image pickup element 1. A shading plate 2 on which slits 2s that shade a half of picture elements 1c are placed on the base plate near the image pickup plane of the element 1. This element 1 is fixed to a supporting block 3a formed on the base plate of a driving mechanism that moves the shading plate 2. A frame plate 4 is fixed to a supporting plate 3b erected uprightly on the base plate 3 through a piezo-electric element 5, and other side of the frame plate 4 is brought into contact elastically with a leaf spring 6 an end of which is fixed to the base plate 3. High voltage is applied to the element 5, and the shading plate 2 is moved alternately to left and right by movement of the element 5. A half of the picture elements 1c is shaded alternately and image pickup output is composed by a composite circuit doubly utilizing the picture elements 1c. |
