CONSTITUTION:The thermoplastic plastic expandable particles 1 come up to the surface of the molded object 4 just after being discharged from the molding die 3 are fluidized by fusion in order to obtain the molded object with smooth surface during the extrusion molding of the water-curable material 2 mixed with the thermoplastic plastic expandable beads 1. As for the method of fusion, the method to heat up to high temperature by means of flames 5A' produced at burners 5A arranged near the molding die 3, that to coat the solvent for the expandable particles over the surface of the molded object, and the like are employed. EFFECT:No particle trace is formed, because the expandable particles fluidized by fusion come up to the surface due to spring-back phenomenon.
