PURPOSE:To assuredly arrange easily tumbling bar materials by supplying a plurality of bar materials to space formed by an arranging jig and a partition member, and vibrating either of the jig or the partition member while they are relatively moved to store bar materials in a recess of the arranging jig. CONSTITUTION:In arranging easily tumbling bar materials 1, a wire 9 of an elevating device 7 is wound up to raise a support table 6 on a guide 6, so that the lower end of the support table 6 is positioned above a partition member 10 sup- ported on both-side walls 11 of the guide 5 with a guide rod 12 and an arranging jig 2 is supplied onto the support table 6. Subsequently, the arranging jig 2 is once lowered and stopped in such a manner that the upper end thereof is projected over the partition member 10. A plurality of the above materials 1 are supplied to a recess 14 formed by the arranging jig 2 and the partition member 10, and the arranging jig 2 is raised and the partition member 10 is horizontally vibrated by an exciting device 13 to sequentially accomodate and arrange the materials 1 in the recess 3 of the arranging jig 2. |
