PURPOSE:To improve the carrying-in accuracy of the green tyre and at the same time reduce the labor of workers by a method wherein the green tyre is turned upside down on the holding and feeding device and then held by the upward claws of a carrying-in device in order to be carried on a tyre vulcanizer. CONSTITUTION:The green tyre GT is installed on the green tyre holding device D, and the green tyre holding and charging device D turns the fed green tyre GT1' upside down and then installs it on the upward claws of an green tyre grasping device C. The green tyre grasping device C charges said tyre to the pressing site in a tyre vulcanizing press A in order to vulcanize the tyre. The green tyre holding devices D1 and D2 are installed reversely-turnably at the tip of a L-shape arm 31 by swinging revolving about an axis 30. An L-shape first reversing arm 32 is fixed through a key 34 to a hollow first reversing shaft 33, which is supported at an arm tip part 31a rotatably and at the same time in axially immobile condition. |
