<p>PURPOSE:To reduce misoperation by rotating a document tray containing document bundle around the axis to invert the document bundle thereby eliminating manual inversion by the operator. CONSTITUTION:A document bundle 2' is inserted while facing the front face upward into a document tray 13' supported onto a copier body 18 through a handle 16'. Then the document tray 13' is rotated around a pivot 17 in the direction from (D) to (P) by 90 deg.-270 deg. through the handle 16' to be placed on an automatic document feeder 1. The inverted bundle of document 2' is taken out one by one from lowermost one or the first page through a document handling roll 14 and positioned on a platen through feed-out roll 15 and transport 5. Consequently the bundle of document 2' where the uppermost sheet is the first page can be contained in the document tray 13' while facing the front face upward resulting in elimination of inconvenience when binding the bundle 2'.</p> |
