PURPOSE:To make a device small-sized and reduce its production cost by moving back and forth a valve plate made in one body with a planet bearing to a valve seat section to open or close the fluid passage by means of the revolution movement of the planet bearing of a valve device. CONSTITUTION:When a drive gear 22 is driven by a motor 5, an engaged planet gear 21 starts its rotation and is revolved along an inner gear 20. A valve plate 23 is made in one body with the planet bearing 21 and slided on a guide 12, inserts an 0-ring 13 under pressure between valve seats 11 arranged face to face to close a fluid passage. The closure can be released by reversing the motor. This valve device thus utilizes a planet movement mechanism for the movement of the valve plante and can be made small-sized, thereby its production cost can be reduced. |
