发明名称 LNG FLOW RATE CONTROL DEVICE FOR USE IN POWER GENERATION EQUIPMENT UTILIZING LNG LOW TEMPERATURE HEAT
摘要 PURPOSE:To control the flow rate of LNG smoothly in compliance with a LNG flow rate requesting command by a method wherein a control operation device outputting a signal designating the opening degree of a flow rate control valve on the base of the difference between a flow rate signal from a low value preference circuit outputting a minimum flow rate signal and an actual flow rate signal is provided. CONSTITUTION:The low value preference circuit 23 receives as inputs a LNG flow rate command value, a maximum LNG flow rate signal 25 and a LNG flow rate limiting signal 30 and generates a lowest value signal. Then the output of the circuit 23 is compared with a LNG flow rate obtained by a flow rate detector 15 and an opening degree operater 26 and the difference between the two is inputted to a flow rate controller 27. As a result, the opening degree command signal for the LNG flow rate control valve 14 is generated from the operater 26 to the LNG flow rate control valve 14 through a voltage-current transducer 28 and an electric-pneumatic transducer 29, to thereby control the flow rate of LNG. In other words, it is possible to control the flow rate of LNG smoothly in compliance with the flow rate requesting command without exceeding the maximum LNG flow rate determined by the temperature of sea water and the maximum allowable LNG flow rate even when an abnormal condition is brought about in the power generation equipment.
