PURPOSE:To program easily the gain characteristics, by designating a readout address with a digital output of an AD converter for reading out a data from a memory and amplifying a signal by a gain controlled by this data. CONSTITUTION:An input signal is sampled at a sample holding circuit 11 at first and held for a prescribed time. This holding input signal is converted into a digital output at an AD converter 12, and this digital output is given to a signal designating a readout address to a memory 13. The gain of a variable gain amplifier 14 is controlled by the data read out from the memory 13. A timing circuit 15 is operated with the input of a timing signal and decides the operating timing of the sample holding circuit 11, and AD converter 12, the memory 13 and the gain variable amplifier 14. |
