PURPOSE:To increase the heat exchanging efficiency in the titled heat exchanger, by feeding cooling gas into a heat exchanger equipment from the lower part of it, with heated particles being rolled by oscillating porous plates. CONSTITUTION:A certain amount of heated particles 1 mixed with particles having different diameters is fed into a heat exchanger equipment 3 from a banker 2. Slanted porous plates 4', 4'' are provided in the equipment 3 together with other auxiliary parts multi-staged manner. Oscillation is applied to the plates by an oscillating motor 5 and a spring 6. The heated particles are fed into the heat exchanger equipment with porous plates 4', 4'' provided in the equipment as mentioned above while being oscillated, and the cooling gas is also fed into the equipment from the bottom of it with the heated particles being rolled on the porous plates 4', 4''. By this method, the thermal gas barrier on the surface of heated particles become easy to be broken, so that the efficiency to exchange heat of the heated particles can be increased. |
