PURPOSE:To prevent an unfixed form from being outputted, by detecting an error of a light emission of flash lamp on the basis of whether a flash lamp trigger signal is generated at each specific period or not. CONSTITUTION:A counter 18 operates during printing operation and the trigger signal TRG-ON is inputted to the preset terminal PE of the counter 18; and the counter 18 outputs ''1'' a specific time later to set an FF21 through an OR element 20. On the other hand, when the signal TRG-ON turns into ''1'' to indicate a fault, an output of an inverter element 17 turns into ''1'' and a counter 19 starts operating to set the FF21 a specific time later. |
