PURPOSE:To simply position a jack on the downside of a building foundation by a method in which an expandible and turnable arm lever is provided at the tip of an expandible strut provided on a base frame having a running mechanism and a jack is tiltably attached to the tip of the expandible arm lever. CONSTITUTION:A pile penetrator is moved to a desired place by a running mechanism 1, an expandible arm lever 9 is turned around a plunger 4 as the central shaft, and a jack 10 is positioned on the bottom of the building foundation by expanding or contracting it by an oil-pressure cylinder 7. After the jack 10 is positioned by controlling the projecting degree of the expandible arm lever 9 by a rotary handle 12, an expandible strut 5 is raised by the oil-pressure cylinder 7 until the apper side of the jack 10 comes into contact with the foundation. A pile (a) is positioned between the jack 10 and the ground surface, and the jack 10 is operated to penetrate the pile (a) into the ground by using the weight of the structure as a reaction. Next piles (a) are orderly connected to the apper side of the pile (a) and penetrated. |
