PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of a Telopper and to realize a cost reduction, by using a color modulating circuit of color video camera to coloring of a Telop. CONSTITUTION:The color signal sent from an image pickup tube 10 is transmitted to an amplifier 12 through a color separating circuit 9 and color modulating circuit 5 and 6 and then mixed with the video signal sent from the tube 10. The titled character signal generated from a titled generator 1 is sent to the circuit 5 or 6 through an amplifier 3 and a titled color changeover switch 8 and modulated as a color signal to be sent to the amplifier 12. At the same time, the titled character signal given from the generator 1 is sent to a mixing circuit 7 as a video signal of the titled character through an amplifier 4 and then mixed with the signal sent from the amplifier 12. |
