PURPOSE:To perform highly safe and accurate work in a core stacking device by stacking cores by a bush material and a guide rod which are mounted at the end of a cylinder which is telescope at its horizontally in four directions by pneumatic pressure at upper and lower positions of a guide shaft stood on a base. CONSTITUTION:A guide shaft 3 is stood on a base 17, and notches 13c are formed at upper and lower positions of the shaft 13 in four directions so that a cylinder 14 is horizontally telescoped at its rod. The end of the rod is connected to a supporting plate 15, and a bush material 19 of sector sectional shape which can be interchangeable in response to the size of a core at the outside is engaged by a key 20. A positioning member 21 is engaged with a keyway on the outer periphery of the bush member 19, and a guide rod 21a having narrow width is mounted on the upper end, thereby facilitating the introduction of a core 7. High pressure air passages 17a, 13a, 13b (not partly shown) are provided in the base 17 and the shaft 13, the cylinder 14 is radially movable, thereby positioning the bush member 19 at the position corresponding to the bore of the core 7. In this manner, the cores can be stacked safely and accurately in a simple work. |
