PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of confirmed information, by entering a display column for circulation confirmer only by a request of the message receiver. CONSTITUTION:Messages 1-1-1-n are successively transmitted for circulation to subscribers A-D respectively from an exchange EX. In this case, each subscriber uses a pass word as the information for circulation confirmation for each subscriber and then sends the pass word back to the exchange EX after receiving a document. The EX contains previously pass word correspondence tables 1, 2 and 3 within its system. Thus a genuine confirmer of circulation can be assured by checking the tables 1-3. When the information is correct for the circulation confirmation, the exchange system performs editing so that a subscriber who already confirmed the circulation is clear to other subscribers of circulation and then enters the circulation confirmer column within the document to transmit it to the next subscriber of circulation. |
