Device enabling an emulsion to be produced from water under pressure to which chemical products and compressed air have been added. It comprises a closed chamber 10 into which water under pressure 14 and compressed air 15 are conveyed. Mixing of the two constituents gives rise to turbulences permitting the production of an emulsion 22, which is employed by means of the tube 11. The invention can be employed for cleaning or disinfecting premises and articles. <IMAGE>
