PURPOSE:To fix easily and exactly a crossing part of a winding start terminal and a winding end terminal of a wire rod, by leading the winding terminal of the wire rod wound fully to a winding drum, to a catching plate by a wire rod leading cover, and thereafter, making the catching plate catch the winding end terminal by a wire collecting lever. CONSTITUTION:When a wire rod 1 on a winding bobbin 10 is wound fully, a wire rod leading cover 28 is advanced by driving a cylinder (figure A), and subsequently, the wire rod 1 is cut at a point (x) by a traverser 16. Accordingly, a winding end terminal 1b of the wire rod 1 is led to the right along a leading groove 32 by centrifugal force ad the bobbin 10 rotates, and is led near a catching plate 12 (figure B). Thereafter, a driving shaft of the bobbin 10 is damped as soon as a clutch lever is moved to a clutch release position. Subsequently, only a wire collecting plate 34 is rotated by a bearing 36 by inertia, a wire collecting lever 38 is advanced as soon as the clutch is released, and the terminal 1b of the wire rod 1 is bitten and caught by a catching pawl 14. subsequently, the terminal 1b is made to cross a winding start terminal 1a caught by the same pawl 14, and this crossing part 1c is bound by a string, or it is fixed to each other by welding. |
