A styrene/butadiene latex containing solid which, when dried, have a solubility of 20 to 70 wt % in benzene is used as a binder in the coating layer of a color-developing sheet for no carbon pressure-sensitive recording material to prevent colored image formed thereon from being discolored or losing its color by light or with an oxidative gas in the air.
