PURPOSE:To prevent an offset from being generated by a simple constitution by specifying the roughness of the surface of an upper fixing roller. CONSTITUTION:The roughness of the surface of resin 1 coating the surface of the upper fixing roller 102 coupling with a lower fixing roller 7 is set to >=0.5mum center line mean roughness and a fixing function is not affected. The contacting area between toner 13 and the surface of the resin 1 is reduced because of this roughness and an offset is prevented from being generated by the simple constitution. |
