PURPOSE:To remove oysters and other deposits on the outside wall surface of a ship's hull in an unmanned manner, by providing a scraping pawl and a rotary cutter on a truck part capable of traveling by wheels while being attracted onto the outside wall surface by an electromagnet. CONSTITUTION:An oscillatable scraping pawl 1 and the rotary cutter 2 are fitted to the truck capable of traveling on the outside wall surface of the ship's hull by wheels 5, 6 and the electromagnet 7. By using a lamp 4 and a TV camera 3 provided on the truck part, the truck is moved while being attracted onto the outside wall surface of the ship's hull, whereby oysters and other deposits on the wall surface can be efficiently removed in an unmanned manner. |
