The invention relates to a percussion ignition initiator for a warhead which is carried in a positionally stabilised missile and the line of action of which is inclined relative to the longitudinal axis of the missile. In order to guarantee the most favourable ignition interval in a simple and reliable way, there is a pivoting arm (5) which carries means for initiating ignition on impact with the target and which can be pivoted with its end from the missile casing approximately into the line of action (3) of the warhead (2). <IMAGE>
