PURPOSE:To facilitate the adjustment of roasting conditions by kinds of the material to be roasted, by discharging the combustion gas from the top small hole, and by supplying air for the top fire banks forcibly. CONSTITUTION:The plural top fire banks 4 are screwed on the body 1, and air is supplied from the primary air pipe 3 to the banks 4 via the piping 6. The banks 4 are covered with the reflectors having air vents. The bottom banks 9 are attached to the frames 10 and 10' and the fittings 11 at both sides are fixed to the body 1 by the screws 12 and nuts 13, thus controlling the angle of the radiant surface of the fire banks 9. The reflection surface 14 is fixed by the hinges 15. The sero(cage or frame) 16 is moved by the drive unit at the inlet and slidden on the rails 20 by the protrusions 19 on the chains 18 and the chain wheels 17. The forced fire bank 23 of great capacity is provided at the inlet, and drip tray 25 with the central outlet is fixed under the interior of the body 1. |
