2-Functionalised diaryl as-triazines useful in therapy.

摘要

Use in therapeutics of new triazine derivatives endowed with antalgic and antiagglutinating properties which can be employed in the treatment of pain and migraine. The new derivatives have the general formula: <IMAGE> R and R', identical or different, denote a hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxy, dialkylamino or a halogen. Group R1 is a functionalised alkyl group or a group of heterocyclic type R1, denoting more particularly a morpholinoalkyl, dimethylaminoethyl, alkoxyalkyl, alkenoxyalkyl, hydroxyalkyl, acetamido, haloalkyl, dimethylaminoalkyl, N-methylpiperazinylalkyl, 2-diethylmalonyl, alkenylaminoalkyl, 2-nicotinoyloxyethyl or dihydroxyalkyl group excluding compounds in which R1 denotes an alkyl or alkenyl group or a ketone functional group.
