The invention relates to an element made from plastic, glass or metal which can be illuminated and/or emits a sound.
<??>A holder is provided in this element in order to receive a battery. Located on both contact parts of the battery is a spring (see drawing) which interrupts the contact to the current consumer. If, now, the element is set in motion (in the case of a sphere, e.g. by a spring or rubber) and the tempo is once again slowed down, the centrifugal force of the battery produces the contact, and in this way a current consumer burns or a metal member sounds.
<??>The scope of use of the invention is very versatile in the toys sector, advertising, and safety devices (in vehicles, e.g. as stop light for cycles).
