PURPOSE:To simplify the collating processing and to reduce the collating time, by overlapping both pictures of a print of a seal to be collated and a reference print of a seal on a coordinate, extracting a corresponding part of both the prints of a seal based on the coordinate operation and discriminating the degree of coincidence. CONSTITUTION:Plural checks 1 accommodated in a box case 10 are picked up one by one sheet, carried on a carrying belt 11, a code number is read at a reader 50, a seal impression stamped on a check 1 is picked up with a camera 3, pictured and applied to a processor 4 via a data bus 40. Further, a reference print of a seal stored in an external memory 5 is applied to the processor 4 with the code number from the device 50. The processor 4 is provided with a program memory 41 storing a program required for the collation of the print of a seal and the discriminating truth, a picture memory 42 storing a data corresponding the picture of the print of a seal to the XY coordinate, and a CPU43 for the discrimination of truth. Then, the print of a seal of the check 1 is overlapped with the reference print of a seal on a coordinate with the processor 4 to discriminate the coincidence of partial print of a seal based on the operation of coordinate. |
