PURPOSE:To provide possibility of machining, even though the center of tool is out of alignment from the preparation hole in a work to be machined, in a condition with good alignment owing to displacement of the head body by coupling the head body furnished with two or more tools in such a way as displaceable in the diametric direction operated by a coupling mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A spindle 2 is inserted in and supported by a frame 1 rotatably. A recess 11 is formed as in a ring in a coupler 8 at the bottom surface of the frame 1. A hook 13 having a J-shaped coupling mechanism is installed at this recess 11 in such a way as displaceable in the diametric direction of the coupler 8, and is retained by springs 14 etc. elastically. A tap 24 is mounted separably at the bottom part of a mount shaft 22 having a pinion 20 with spindle's master gear 19 interposed, and a work to be machined 26 is fixed on the oversurface of a table 25. If the center is off alignment, the body 15 displaces in the direction of the bending moment applied to the tap 24. Thus the alignment is restituted. |
