PURPOSE:To obtain a developing device with a small-sized, lightweight, and simple mechanism, by guiding a photosensitive sheet in a wave shape and supplying toner the recessed part of the photosensitive sheet, and eliminating the need for a magnetic brush forming mechanism. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive sheet 4 is extended loosely along guide rolls 5, 6, and 7 and the toner 3 is supplied to the recessed part of the photosensitive sheet 4. A guide plate 2 prevents the toner 3 from falling from both sides of the sheet 4. Laser light 12 emitted from a laser oscillator 11 is reflected by a polygon mirror 9 rotated by a motor 10 to irradiate the photosensitive sheet 4 electrostatic charged previously by an electrode 7 through a mirror 8. The exposed photosensitive sheet 4 is run by the rotation of guide rollers 5, 6, and 7 to develop an image with the toner 3. Consequently, no magnetic forming mechanism is used, so the developing device with the small-sized, lightweight, and simple mechanism is obtained. |
