PURPOSE:To eliminate an uncomfortable feeling caused by feeding air and provide a cooling and heating effect by a method wherein an indoor suction port is opened and another outdoor suction port is closed when a ventilation device is stopped and then the outdoor suction port is opened and the indoor suction port is closed when the ventilation device is operated. CONSTITUTION:When a ventilation device 16 is stopped, an outdoor suction port 7 is closed with a damper 8 under an operation of a damper motor 9 and an indoor suction port 6 is opened, so that an air conditioned indoor air is passed from an indoor suction grill 10 through a duct 11, enters a main body 1 of air feeding device, passes through a thermal accumulator material 2 and then returns back to the indoor part through a discharging grill 12. At this time, heat is continued to be stored in the thermal accumulator material 2. At this time, heat is continued to be stored in the thermal accumulator material 2. Then, when the ventilation device 16 is being operated, the indoor suction port 6 is closed with the damper 8 under an operation of the damper motor 9 and the outer suction port 7 is opened, so that the damper motor 9 and the outer suction port 7 is opened, so that the fresh outdoor air passes through a duct 15 and enters a main body 1 of air feeding device, is heated or cooled with the thermal accumulation material 2, thereafter the air is supplied into the room through the discharging grill 12. Therefore, the fresh air is supplied from the outdoor part and the ventilation can be performed. |
