<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the solid-liquid separation of fermentation liquid waste, while improving the precipitatability of sludge, in performing the disposal of methane fermentation liquid waste, by performing aeration as pretreatment in advance of the solid-liquid separation of sludge in the liquid waste. CONSTITUTION:A predetermined amount of methane-fermentation liquid waste is supplied from a conditioner tank 1 to an apparatus for following treatment by a liquid-feed pump 2. The interior of an aeration tank 3 is aerated by air sent through a sparger pipe 4 by an air pump 5. The aerated liquid waste flows as an overflowing stream into a precipitation tank 6 and separated therein into solid matter and a liquid. After the solid-liquid separation, a supernatant liquid flows as an overflowing stream into a stationary-bed aeration tank 7 acting as an apparatus for biotreatment to remove BOD components from it and then drained. On the other hand, conc. sludge obtd. by the solid-liquid separation is sent to a sludge reservoir tank 9 by a pump 8, reserved therein and then disposed by an apparatus for waste matter disposal.</p> |
