摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To provide a heat resistant non-oil feeding structure by a method wherein heat-resistant lubricating oil is immersed in opened holes of porous ceramics having continuous holes. CONSTITUTION:Heat-resistant lubricating oil is immersed in the porous holes of porous ceramics with continuous holes. For example, the ceramics is of zirconia porcelain, alumina porcelain, silicon nitride, silicon carbide, Thialon and feldspur porcelain etc. which can be used as a structural material, and lubricating oil such as heat resistant silicon oil, boron trifluoride ethylene low polymer oil etc. with an oil immersion rate of 3-35%, preferably 7-25% is immersed in holes (clearance) of porous ceramics of 5-40 volumetric %, preferably 15- 30 volumetric % with a mean hole diameter of 0.1-100mum, preferably 1-10mum. The ceramics can be used at a high temperature higher than 100 deg.C where it could not be used in a conventional type ceramics, and it can be used for longer hours with non-supplying oil condition.</p>
