PURPOSE:To absorb vertical and horizontal vibrations by a method wherein the vertical vibrations are absorbed by using an oil and a coil spring in the titled device and the horizontal vibrations are absorbed by using the oil and a ball. CONSTITUTION:When a load is placed on a support table 38, the support table 38 and a cylinder 36 lower slightly and are supported in a floating condition. When a vibratory force is applied on the load in the vertical direction, the force is absorbed by the coil spring 39 and the oil 41. In this case, the oil in the space surrounded by the upper surface of a piston 35 and the inner surface of the cylinder 36 tends to go out from, or to enter, the space due to the vertical movements of the support table 38 but a throughhole 42 which forms a passage for the oil is small in diameter so that the entrance and exit of the oil with respect to the space become so slow as to make the oil absorb the vibrations of the load. Likewise, when a vibratory force is applied on the load in the horizontal direction, the ball 23 which is held between concave plates 19 and 21 rotates when it is subjected to the vibrations, to thereby absorb the vibrations. Further, even when the ball 23 tends to move within a cylindrical section formed between the concave plates 19 and 21, the movement of the ball is braked due to the viscosity of the oil 24. In addition, since a permanent magnet 17 attracts a magnetic ring plate 20, an upper receiving seat 15 does not get out of position. |
