摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To ensure safety of a pressure vessel, by forming an internal means supporting bed around the entire circumference of the inner surface of a cylindrical joint constituting a part of a means for supporting the outer cylindrical shell of the pressure vessel, forming fluid passing ports in said supporting bed, and thereby preventing generation of a high pressure at the internal means supporting section. CONSTITUTION:An internal means 3 is disposed in a pressure-resisting, outer cylindrical shell 1 with some spacing from the inner surface of the shell 1 and it is supported on an internal means supporting bed 6' projected over the entire circumferece of the inner surface of a joint 5 by the intermediary of an internal means supporting leg 4 shaped in a cylindrical form. Further, a plurality of slits having a semi-circular or rectangular opening are formed at the upper end of the supporting bed 6' of the joint 5 to serve as fluid passages 7, and fluid supplied from a fluid inlet port 8 at the lower end is passed through the ports 7 formed in the supporting bed 6' and flows upward through the interspace formed between the outer shell 1 and an internal means 3. By employing such a structure in which the supporting bed 6' is formed over the entire circumference of the joint 5, it is enabled to prevent concentration of a high pressure.</p>
