PURPOSE:To position and hold parts from X, Y directions and precisely feed the parts at a predetermined position by pressing and holding parts such as a pad with a pair of chucks and arranging another pair of chucks along the outer side of the pad. CONSTITUTION:A pair of chucks 1, 2 provided face to face are rotatably fitted to a chuck proper with pins 3, 4, and a pair of needle-like lugs 11, 12 are provided at the corresponding position to the tips 1c, 2c, of the chucks 1, 2. In addition, a pair of chucks 13, 14 provided face to face at a right angle to the chucks 1, 2 are rotatably fitted to the chuck proper 5 with pins 15, 16. Tips 13c, 14c of the chucks 13, 14 are brought into contact with an adjustment pin 9 more widely than the width between a pair of opposing faces of a pad to adjust the position, and on the other hand, the tips 1c, 2c of the chucks 1, 2 pinch and hold another pair of side faces. |
