PURPOSE:To facilitate the composition of drawings, by providing an optical system which guides scanning light from a scanning part selected among plural scanning parts on the basis of a copy composition signal to a single photoreceptor. CONSTITUTION:This copying machine is equipped with a platen 2 on which a master original 1 is placed, light source 3 for it, composition original drum 5 mounting an original 4 for compsition around its outer circumferential surface, mirror 6 for reflecting and outputting the screen contents of the master original 1 to specific width during illumination, slanting mirror 7 which reflects the picture from the mirror 6 and allows the picture of an original 4 for composition to pass, mirror lens 8 for forming an image of the picture on a photosensitive surface, and mirror 9 for guiding the picture from the mirror lens 8 to the photosensitive surface. Further, a light source 11 exposes the photosensitive drum 10 to beltlike pictures from the mirror lens 8 successively, fixes the pictures, and irradiate the composition original drum 5 with light, and a timing encoder 12 which outputs a basic signal for equalizing the peripheral speed of the photosensitive drum 10 to that of the composition original drum 5 is provided to the photosensitive drum 10. |
