The bags are made of hose material with a cross welded seam. The production line consists of a bottom conveyor (5) with two air suction belts (7, 8) only one working at a time. Two metal sheets (9, 10) are used for folding bags in half lengthwise and two sizing metal sheets (11, 12) which work together with the suction mechanism to be either raised to just above the belt or lowered. Two drop shafts (13, 14) with stops (25, 26) sized full length of bag but half the width where bags are stapled on a table, before being cut with one press tool (21, 22) with two cutting edges, (23, 24), at right angles to each other. Cuttings are sucked away and bags taken away on a conveyor. |
