PURPOSE:To prevent a sliding from occurring between a collar and an elastic band and prevent abrasion of the band, reduction in durability due to frictional heat, generation of abnormal sounds or the like, by a method wherein guide pieces conforming to the inside surface dimensions of an elastic band is intermediately provided between a collar and the band so that they can be rotated with axes as centers. CONSTITUTION:When a rear wheel 14 is moved upward or downward following to the ruggedness of the road, a rear fork 15 is oscillated upward or downward with a pivot shaft 16 as a center, whereby the spacing between the axes 19, 22 is increased or decreased, and the elastic band 24a, 24b, 24a is elongaged or contracted to function as a spring. Since the elastic band 24a, 24b, 24a is elongated or contracted while rotating around the axes 19, 22 as one body with the guide pieces 25, 25, sliding is not generated between the band 24a, 24b, 24a and the guide pieces 25, 25, so that abrasion of the band 24a, 24b, 24a, reduction in durability thereof due to frictional heat, generation of abnormal sounds or the like can be effectively prevented. Even when foreign matter is present between the band 24a, 24b, 24a and the guide pieces 25, 25, abrasion of the band does not occur, since sliding is not generated between the band and the guide pieces. |
